How much does it cost?
It depends on the role. After a short call, we'll share one clear monthly price per person, with everything included.
How do you find candidates?
We search for people who fit your role, test their English and skills, and interview the best ones on video. You receive the recordings and choose.
Can I meet the person first?
Of course. Watch the recorded interviews, then have a live call with the candidates you like.
Will they work only for me?
Yes. Each team member works full-time for one company.
Do you work US hours?
Yes. Your team works your hours, whether you're in the US or Europe. For Germany and Switzerland, we're already in the same time zone.
Can they speak German?
Many people in Kosovo do. Let us know on the first call, and we'll look for it.
How quickly can I start?
As soon as we find the right person. We'll give you a realistic date on the first call.
What happens after the 2-week trial?
If you're happy, we keep going. If it isn't the right fit, you don't pay for those 2 weeks.
Who is the employer?
Numo Teams is. We handle the contract, payroll, HR and local labor law, while they work full-time on your team.
What if someone leaves?
We find and train a replacement, with no recruitment fee.
How do you protect my data?
NDAs, GDPR, a signed DPA, company devices and system access that only you control.
Can I stop anytime?
Yes, there's no long lock-in. Just give us [NOTICE PERIOD] notice. You can also add people or scale down whenever you need.
